| Mile- 4:53, East Stroudsberg DeSchriver Invite- coulda been sub 4:50 if it was on a respectable track.
3000m- 9:40, Bucknell Bison Invite- After running the 5k the night before and straining my achilles.
5000m- 16:44, Fordham Invite- Fast race for me in a race where there were two sub-15 guys, and only a handful of other guys running above16...
Better things to come.

| After a series of very very very pissed off days and weeks, my cross country season is done. I'm ready to go home for a while, but the couple days is not going to be nearly long enough for me. There's about three people that I legitamatly want to fight right now, all of which I would probably wind up seriously injuring, so I just wanna go home. Oh yeah, and I've already set my 3k, and 3200 PR's and I haven't even started training for track season yet... uh-oh... | | |
| We took second place at a meet we could have potentially won. Hard to be upset with tying our schools best finish of all time at this meet, and running one of our best average times at VCP. I ran a 63 second course PR but I couldn't help but be upset with it all- I could have ran so much faster had things gone my way in the first mile, but as Lance Armstrong would say, "...it's about the journey." Conditioning Championships today, I've been sick lately but I'm strong enough to beast the hell out of this and run a solid PR this afternoon. More to come. | | |

| 28:25 at Albany. new Pr on a tougher course than Lehigh (which is every course I'll ever run since nothing is as easy as Lehigh), can I complain? Yes, because they screwed up the timing for our race and it read 28:17 when I crossed the line but the results sheet said :25. Whatever cuz I'm a monster and y'all can't handle dis. | | |
